What I do within Infobip
I work in the Infobip Startup Tribe team, a group dedicated to attracting and working with startups as our clients. In my role, my daily tasks include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to create cohesive, user-centric products.
• A big part of my design process includes researching our target audience—startups—to stay on top of trends and keep up with their fast-paced environment by producing relevant content.
Designing and planning marketing materials, such as social media assets, newsletters, forms—essentially anything that involves the creative output of our team.
• Producing templates for forms, reports, mock-ups, and announcements for the Startup Ecosystem department.
Attending conferences around the world, where I represent our company, find new leads, and handle design preparations for physical assets at the conferences (booth design, leaflets, awards, animations, etc.). Some of the more significant conferences I have participated in include Slush (Helsinki), Collision (Toronto), now part of Web Summit, Startup Grind (San Francisco), Splet Tech (Belgrade), and Infobip's own Shift (Zadar).

MAJOR PROJECT: Website Redesign
I worked on he complete brand and web redesign of Infobip Startup Tribe, which included close collaboration with a designer/illustrator and a developer. My tasks included developing a prototype in Figma, designing the layout and functionality, and building the website in WordPress with the help of other developers. Additionally, I worked on optimizing the new web page for SEO.

The concept of the great adventure
Like many great explorers, startups embark on an adventure of discovering new spaces and paths, conquering new heights, and exploring unknown depths, guided by their enthusiasm and desire to achieve the seemingly impossible. Therefore, we are inspired by fictional characters like Tin Tin, Corto Maltese, Indiana Jones, and Lara Croft, as well as true heroes of adventure and discovery like Jacques Cousteau, Amelia Earhart, and Roald Amundsen. All those who, with their fearless desire for new discoveries, enrich our world and make it a more exciting place to be.
*I was not creating illustrations, but my brilliant collegue from the design team did.

TAKING PART IN EVENTS
Being a part of a dynamic team means actively participating in numerous conferences, representing our company and expanding our network by connecting with startups for our program. My responsibilities encompassed both pre-event and on-site roles.
Before the conferences, I was tasked with designing various assets such as branded swag, booths, and stage elements—both physical and digital.
During the conferences, I represented the company, engaging with potential leads, fostering new relationships, and managing specific conference areas. At Infobip's flagship event, Shift, I had bigger role in overseeing and managing designated areas to ensure smooth operations.

Other bits and pieces
In my role, besides general UX research and managing day-to-day administrative tasks, I have created visuals for special promotions and events, incorporating Infobip's identity alongside that of the partners or events involved. Below are some examples. The tone of Infobip Startup Tribe is playful, reflecting its audience of startups—often younger, innovative, and open-minded hustlers.
